Treatment of adult spinal pathologies (radiating and non-radiating back pain, limited movements, radiating and non-radiating neck pain, dizziness and/or pain, high arterial blood pressure, etc.)
- Examination and consultation of a manual therapy doctor, discussion with a physiotherapist and creation of an individual program. During the consultation, the patient is examined and evaluated by a manual therapy specialist together with a physiotherapist. The situation, possible treatment goals and appropriate means to achieve them are discussed. If appropriate, the manual therapy specialist performs mobilizations/manipulations. The consultation lasts about 30 minutes. If the patient chooses a week-long procedure complex at the Nefrida clinic, this consultation is free of charge. However, if a further complex of procedures is not desired, then the price of this consultation is €150.
- A five-day physical therapy program. The daily package includes: individual kinesitherapy in the hall (with or without massage elements) and/or in the vertical bath and physiotherapy procedures. The price is 250 €.
Treatment of spinal deformities in children and adolescents
Examination and consultation of a manual therapy doctor, discussion with a physiotherapist and creation of an individual program. The consultation lasts about 30 minutes.
A five-day physical therapy program. The daily package includes: individual kinesitherapy in the hall (with or without massage elements) and/or in a vertical bath and an electrostimulation procedure for muscles that are too weak. During the course, patients are trained in an individual physiotherapy program at home, which they will be able to perform at home after this course. The price is €200.
If patients wish, the courses can be repeated.
Treatment of joint pain (shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, heels and soles)
- Physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor’s examination and consultation and discussion with a physiotherapist. Duration 20 minutes, price 30 €. An individual rehabilitation program is created, which can be performed daily or every few days.
- The daily program offers kinesitherapy in the hall or pool and physiotherapy (impulse currents, phonophoresis, light therapy). The price depends on the selected tools and their quantity.
- “Shock wave” therapy is performed every 5-10 days. It is a treatment with a special form of infrared waves. With the help of this wave, a sudden increase and decrease in tissue pressure is obtained, and a subsequent phase of negative pressure occurs, where it causes a therapeutic effect. This mechanical energy causes healing and tissue regeneration effects, transformation of chronic inflammatory processes. Today, it is one of the most effective ways to treat pain related to the musculoskeletal system. The number of procedures, depending on the pathology, ranges from 3 to 10. The price of the procedure is €24.
